Notice: We are unable to refund or exchange Wine or Beer (this includes sparkling wines & hard seltzers) as it can be affected by temperature fluctuations. This policy is in place to ensure the quality of our merchandise for our customers. 

 

Return Policy

Requirements for liquor returns:

All returns must have a receipt.NJ State law requires all liquor returns must be made at the same location as the purchase.All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.All containers must be unopened and no label damage.No rain checks will be issued on any alcoholic product.We cannot take back alcoholic beverages which you have received as gifts. It is illegal under the rules of the A.B.C and the State of New Jersey.
