Can I personalize my engraved box?
Yes. Choose one of our designs and add a name, date, short message, or company logo. For fully custom or bulk orders, complete our request form and our team will contact you.

What is included?
Each standard package includes one wooden wine box, engraving, and one bottle of wine valued up to $30.

Is the Caymus bottle included?
No. Caymus may be shown for display purposes and is available as a premium wine upgrade for an additional charge.

Can the box be customized to hold more than one bottle?
Yes. Double-bottle and larger custom boxes may be available. Complete our custom-order form with the number of bottles you need, and our team will contact you with options and pricing.

Can I choose the wine?
Yes. You may select from the available wine options or request a premium upgrade. Our team can also recommend a bottle based on your budget and occasion.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Enter your gift message during checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.

Do you offer corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. We can engrave company logos and create boxes for clients, employees, events, and company milestones. Bulk pricing may be available.

Do you deliver or ship engraved wine boxes?
Yes. Orders over $50 qualify for free local delivery. Shipping is available where permitted by law. Charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available at our Westfield and Caldwell locations.

How far in advance should I order?
Please order as early as possible to allow time for engraving. Larger corporate orders and holiday orders may require additional lead time.
